I’ve built and scaled businesses myself. I know what it feels like when the stakes rise. Raising capital. Changing structures. Making calls when there isn’t a clear answer and the pressure is real.

I’ve also learnt that growth does not have to be chaotic to be meaningful. It does not need to be relentless to be serious. Ambition and stability are not opposites.

That experience shapes how I work now.
